Downloading
Photographs:
Photographs are available as high quality jpeg files and can be downloaded instantly and
saved to your hard disc. Images are 725 pixels high and will vary in width up to 1024
pixels, depending on the format of the photograph , i.e. portrait, square or landscape. In
order to download photographs you have to be over 18 years of age and you must be a member
of our Green
Door Club.

Photographic Collections on CD:
CDs are shipped with a viewer that enables PC users to view each image individually. The
CDs also have an autorun facility that activates an automatic slide presentation of all or
part of the collection. The time interval between image changes can be set to between 5
and 30 seconds. The images on the disc can also be viewed using an internet browser or any
bitmap editor or viewer.
Ordering
Online:
You can order any product by clicking the appropriate shopping basket on the Online
Store page or other pages that display shopping baskets. This will display the
Online Order Form and the payment options.
There
are three methods of payment:
- You can
pay by any of the debit or credit cards shown above.
- You can
send us a payment from your PayPal account.
- If you
live in the UK you can send a payment direct to us by post; a Postal Order or a personal
cheque.
Our online facility for
accepting payment by credit or debit cards uses a secure connection (SSL) via 128
encryption, which offers the highest level of security currently available on the web.
Cheques or Postal
Orders should be made payable to GHME Ltd., and sent to our Sales
Department at the address shown on your order acknowledgement. All payments must be in £
Sterling. When sending payments by post please ensure that the name of
the person who placed the order, as well as the order date and order number shown on your
e-mail confirmation, are written on the back of the payment or an accompanying note.
Select one of the three
options, click OK and the product you selected will be displayed on the screen. The
quantity is automatically set to 1 but you can change the quantity if you want to. Click
on the 'Put in Shopping Basket' button and you will be returned to the page you ordered
the item from. A 'View Shopping Basket' link will appear near the top right hand corner of
the page you are on. If you are browsing the site and you cannot see the 'View Shopping
Basket' link, then simply click on the 'Online Store' link on the menu bar at the top of
the page.

Despatch:
When we receive your order an e-mail Confirmation of Order will be sent to you.
Goods are normally despatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of a
card payment, a BACS Transfer or a Postal Order. In the case of personal cheques, goods
will be despatched as soon as the payment is cleared by our bank. All items are despatched
in 'bubble-wrap' lined plain envelopes or plain boxes.
Postage Charges:
World-wide shipping charges for delivery via the UK Post Office are included in the price.
The price does not include insurance.
Faulty Goods:
All CDs, DVDs are tested before they are despatched. However, if when you receive
your order, any item is damaged or defective you should advise us immediately.You should
then return the item, together with the original packing, to the address on our email
acknowledgement, within 14 days of receipt and the item(s) will be replaced. Because all
digital material can be easily copied no refunds can be given.
Non-Delivery:
Goods are usually despatched within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of confirmation of payment,
unless otherwise stated in the product description, subject to availability. If you are
paying by BACS Transfer or Money Order from outside the UK allow up to 21 days for the
item(s) to arrive. If you are paying by BACS Transfer or Postal Order within the UK allow
up to 10 days for the item(s) to arrive. If you are paying by personal cheque within the
UK add an additional 4 days to allow for clearance. If you do not receive the goods within
the time stated please notify us by e-mail using the Contact Us facility on this site. We will put a trace on the delivery and
if it has gone astray the item(s) will be replaced without charge.
Standard
Conditions:
Payment for downloads, photographs, CDs, DVDs, etc., licenses an individual
purchaser to keep copies of the jpeg image files/photographs or movie files acquired for
the purchaser's exclusive use in perpetuity. You may copy the contents of a CD or DVD to
your hard drive. The copyright to the photographs or films remains the property of George
Harrison-Marks Enterprises Limited and the photographs may not be republished, reproduced
or duplicated in any manner whatsoever for distribution to third parties or displayed for
public exhibition without the written permission of the copyright holder.
Because all
digital material can be easily copied no refunds can be given.
