Ann Walker

Ann Walker played a significant role in the Kamera story, behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera. Her first appearance in an HM publications was in Kamera No.42 (1961). She was on the cover of issue No.49 and Solo No.26 followed in 1962. Other issues of Kamera that included photos of Ann were No's 43, 44, 52, 54, 63 & 69. 1963 Kamera Calendar. She starred in three HM Glamour films; 'The French Maid', 'Dark Exchange' and one in her own name. She also appeared alongside Vivienne Warren and Terry Peters in 'Visit From Venus'. She had a part in the HM feature film The Naked World of Harrison Marks.

Anne Austin

Ann Austin was something to behold when she became the first model to feature in Solo in 1958. (See Solo No.1). She had already appeared on the cover and double page colour spread of Kamera No.12 simply credited as 'Anne'. Before that she had appeared in issue 10 and after that in issue 14. Six months later in Kamera No.20 there were some new shots of Ann and in No.22 she was back in front-cover position. Other photos from earlier shoots appeared in Kameras No. 25, 34, 35 & 60.

Annette Johnson

Annette Johnson was another of Harrison Marks' favourites. He first gave readers a glimpse of her on the fly page and page 32 of Kamera No.54 (mid '63). She was then seen again in No's 55 and 56 before taking the cover and colour centre spread of No.58. Then she decorated the pages of Solo No.35 very nicely. 1965 Kamera Calendar. She had an acting role in The Naked World of Harrison Marks, co-starring with the man in his Casanova Strikes Again sequence. In Kamera No.61 and the glamour film 'Hot Cinders' she is photographed and filmed on the set. Her final appearances in Kamera came in 1965. In issue No.70 we see her looking very demure with her long blonde hair pinned up.

Barbara Halks

One of the highlights of 1967 whe she appeared in Kamera No.84, Barbara then graced the cover of Kamera No.85 and filled the pages of Solo No.57 very nicely. But Barbara had first appeared briefly in Kamera No.71 on the Frankenstein set of The Naked World of HM back in 1965 when she was still a teenager. She starred in no less than three of the Harrison-Marks 8mm home movies, 'Eastern Exchange' (originally to have been called 'The Slave Girl'), 'Sitting Pretty' (with Nicky Stevens) and 'Go Go Girl'. She also brightened up January and improved July for us on the 1969 Harrison Marks Calendar.
